Documentation

Everything you need to practice high-stakes conversations and test your message before it matters.

What is Dublr?

Dublr lets you practice high-stakes conversations before they happen. You work with AI-powered synthetic personas and populations that respond like real people — built from research-backed profiles, not generic chatbots.

There are two modes:

ModeWhat it doesBest for
Negotiate Pairs you with a synthetic counterpart who pushes back, holds positions, and responds to your framing in real time. Salary negotiations, client pitches, budget conversations, difficult manager conversations.
Survey Puts your message, policy, or proposal in front of a synthetic population and shows how different demographics respond. Testing policy language, communications drafts, product messaging, public affairs strategy.

Core concepts

Synthetic Personas

A synthetic persona is an AI-generated counterpart trained to simulate the attitudes, priorities, and communication patterns of a real person type. In Negotiate mode, you interact with a single persona one-on-one. In Survey mode, you interact with a population of 100 synthetic personas simultaneously.

Knowledge Stack

The knowledge stack is Dublr's memory of your past sessions. Every negotiation and survey you complete is saved and accessible from your dashboard. You can resume, review transcripts, or use past session data to inform new sessions.

Response Metrics

In Negotiate mode, Dublr scores each of your responses across four dimensions: flexibility, effectiveness, sensibility, and confidence. Scores update after each exchange and are visualised as a dot matrix on the right panel.

Early access: Dublr is currently invite-only. Some features described in this documentation may be in development or available only to select users.
