Dublr, Inc. ("Dublr," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our platform and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and access code. This information is used to authenticate you and personalize your experience.

Session content

We collect the content you provide when setting up and conducting negotiation or survey sessions — including scenario descriptions, goals, messages, and responses. This content is necessary to generate synthetic persona interactions and deliver coaching feedback.

Usage data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns. This helps us understand how the Service is used and how to improve it.

Technical data

We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Providing the Service: We use your data to operate the platform, generate synthetic personas, provide coaching feedback, and display your session history.
Improving AI accuracy: With your consent, session content may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve persona modeling. You may opt out in Account Settings.
Communications: We use your email to send service-related notices, security alerts, and — with your consent — product updates.
Analytics: We analyze usage patterns to understand how the Service performs and to prioritize improvements.
Legal and compliance: We use and retain data as required by applicable law.

3. AI Processing and Synthetic Personas

Dublr's core functionality involves processing your session inputs through AI systems to generate synthetic persona responses. This processing occurs on Dublr's infrastructure and with trusted AI providers operating under data processing agreements.

Session content — including scenario descriptions, goals, and messages — is transmitted to AI processing infrastructure to generate responses. This content is not used to train third-party foundation models. Dublr may use aggregated, de-identified session data to improve its own persona modeling with your consent.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as follows:

Service providers: We work with vendors who help operate the Service (cloud hosting, AI inference, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
With your consent: We may share data in other ways when you explicitly authorize it.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Session data is retained for 12 months from the date of the session, after which it is deleted. You may delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time from Account Settings.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

Access and portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Objection: Object to certain processing activities, including AI model training.
Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies and local storage to maintain your login state and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics are performed using first-party data only.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
